Declassified Return Policy

At Declassified, we believe the only way to truly understand a fragrance is to experience it firsthand. That is why we updated our policy to offer you a risk-free trial. Go ahead—open the bottle and give it a try. If it’s not love at first mist, we’ve got you covered.

1. 30-Day Worry-Free Returns

You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery—even if they have been opened and tested. (Note: For Candle & Perfume Gift Sets, we recommend testing the perfume first; we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or burned.)
  • Conditions: Both unopened and opened items are eligible for return, provided the product is not empty or used significantly beyond a reasonable test amount.
  • Refund Amount: We offer a full refund of the item price.
  • Shipping Costs: We will refund your original shipping cost. However, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Requirements:
  • Photos Required: Your request must include photos of the actual item(s) you wish to return for our review.
  • Combined Returns: Multiple items from the same order must be returned together in a single package.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
  • Photos/Video of the affected item;
  • Photos of the outer shipping box and shipping label.
For shipping damage or fulfillment errors, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including all shipping costs).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection:
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
