Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout. Orders enter our fulfillment queue automatically once confirmed.
Change request window: Email support@declassifiedshop.com within 1 hour after placing your order to request an address change.
If an address change is approved after the 1-hour window, a re-shipment fee equal to the original shipping cost will apply and delivery may be delayed by approximately 24–48 hours. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after order confirmation.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other U.S. territories at this time.
Certain restricted items (for example: aerosols, alcohol-based, or flammable products) may have additional carrier or federal shipping limitations. These items will be clearly labeled on their product pages.
Orders are shipped via USPS or GOFO Standard Service, depending on destination and order size. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Free standard shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $35+ after discounts (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. If discounts reduce your subtotal below $39, standard shipping fees will apply.
Processing time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Transit time (Standard): 3–8 business days depending on destination.
Typical total: 5–12 business days from order date (processing + transit). Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and carrier or weather delays.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact support@declassifiedshop.com.
- Check around your property, with neighbors, building mailrooms, or reception.
- Wait 1–2 business days — sometimes carriers scan early.
- If still missing, contact support@declassifiedshop.com. We will open a carrier investigation within 5 business days.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will resend your order or issue a refund.
We want you to be satisfied. Below are the full details about returns, refunds, damaged items, and final sale products.
Request returns within 30 calendar days from the carrier’s delivered date. We accept unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned unless there is a product defect or fulfillment error.
All returns must be pre-approved — email support@declassifiedshop.com with your order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you request a prepaid label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
After we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing depends on your bank or card provider).
Refunds include the item price and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are excluded unless the return is due to our error.
Contact support@declassifiedshop.com within 14 calendar days of delivery and include:
- Photo(s) or video(s) clearly showing the issue
- Photo of the product's lot code or label
- Photo of the shipping box and label
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

This Shipping and Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to orders placed for delivery within the United States (contiguous 48 + Puerto Rico as noted above).
